  1. Definition

 “We”, “us”, “ours” and “Eldora” shall mean Mamuka Limited T/A Eldora, Suite 10/11 5th floor, St James House, Pendleton Way, Salford, M6 5FW, United Kingdom (registered company number: 09706382) and the company’s website at eldora.co.uk.

“You” and “your” shall mean you, the user or customer of this website.

“Website” shall mean www.eldora.co.uk or any other subdomains of www.eldora.co.uk which may be accessible to you unless expressly excluded by their own terms and conditions.

“Product” shall mean any item sold on the website.

“Order” shall mean your submission of an order for our product.

 

  1. Terms of Sale

By placing an order with us you are making an offer to us to purchase the product you select subject to product availability and price. When you place your order, you will receive an acknowledgement email confirming receipt of your order. This email is an acknowledgment of your order and does not constitute a binding contract. No contract exists between you and us for the sale of any product until we dispatch the product to you.

We reserve the right to correct any error or inaccuracy and to update or amend information on our website at any time without prior notice. We reserve the right to refuse any order you place based on information that contains errors or inaccuracies including information on pricing, delivery, payment terms and return policies.

 

  1. Product

We work to ensure that product information on our website is correct and up-to-date. If for any reason beyond our reasonable control we are unable to supply to you a particular item after your payment has completed, we will let you know as soon as possible and process a refund accordingly unless you wish to accept a substitute product of equivalent price.

Information on product packaging and materials may contain additional or different information to that displayed on our website. Please always read labels, directions and warnings provided with the product before use.

If you have any safety concerns on our products, please carefully read the information provided with the product or contact us directly before use. The information provided on this website is not intended to substitute medical advice. If you suspect that you have a medical problem, please contact your healthcare provider immediately.

 

  1. Pricing

All prices are quoted in British Pounds and include VAT (where applicable) at the current rate chargeable in the UK. If the rate of VAT changes between the date of your order and the date of your payment, the applicable VAT rate is the rate at the time of your payment.

If you are exempt from UK VAT and would like the exemption to apply to your invoice please send us your company name, address and VAT number.

We will charge you delivery costs unless you qualify for our free delivery. Delivery costs will be added to your total charges according to your selected method of delivery.                                                           

We work to ensure that all prices, product descriptions and details which appear on our website are accurate. However, errors may occur. We will let you know as soon as possible if we discover an error in the price of any product which you have ordered. We will let you decide if you would like to reconfirm your order at the correct price or cancel your order. If we are unable to contact you we will cancel your order and process your refund accordingly.

Prices for our product may be amended from time to time. For MUA and Trade Business accounts, we will usually give you at least one month’s notice.

 

  1. Payment

We accept payment by bank transfers, PayPal and most major credit and debit cards including American Express. We do not accept cheques or postal orders. 

Payments must be made in British Pounds only.

Your order will only be dispatched when your payment is complete. If your payment has not been accepted, you will see your payment as ‘Rejected’ on your Eldora account. If appropriate, we will let you know that your payment has not been completed.

In cooperation with Klarna Bank AB (publ), Sveavägen 46, 111 34 Stockholm, Sweden, we offer you the following additional payment options. Payment is to be made to Klarna:

  1. Shipping and Delivery

All orders are dispatched from our warehouse in the United Kingdom. Orders completed by 4pm on Monday to Friday (except bank holidays) will be dispatched on the same day. You will receive a confirmation by email from us when your order has been dispatched.

We will charge you delivery costs unless you qualify for our free delivery. Delivery costs will be added to your total charges according to your selected method of delivery.

We are not responsible for delivery delays due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control such as weather conditions, mishandling by carriers or incorrect delivery information from your input on our website.

You are responsible for inputting the correct information for your order’s billing and delivery address. We reserve the right to charge you a delivery fee to resend you your order if your order is returned to us due to incorrect delivery information.

All orders considered lost, delayed or damaged must be notified to us within 14 days of your most recent dispatch date (21 days for international delivery). Refunds for lost goods can only be issued after the maximum estimated delivery time has passed.

 

  1. Order Cancellation

We will consider your order cancellation requests but cannot guarantee them. Your order will begin being processed once you receive your order confirmation by email and we aim to dispatch your order as quickly as possible. Orders that have been dispatched cannot be cancelled. Once you receive your items you may send them back for a refund as long as they are unopened and unused. Please see our Returns policy for further information.

 

  1. Returns

We only accept returns for purchases made on eldora.co.uk.

 

Returning Item

If you change your mind and wish to return your item, you must return the item to us within 14 days of the date of dispatch of goods (21 days for international delivery). You are responsible for the shipping fee to return the item. Please include your original order confirmation and state the reason for your return.

Items must be returned ‘as new’, unused, in original undamaged packaging and in unopened and saleable condition. Any promotional gifts or vouchers received with the items must also be returned. All items purchased as a set must be returned as a whole in order to receive a refund.

We will process your refund within 48 hours of receipt of your proof. We will send you your refund by the same method used by you to purchase the product. Please allow up to 14 days from the time we process your refund for the payment to be completed.

Faulty Item

If the wish to return your item because it is faulty, you must let us know in writing and send us photograph(s) of the faulty item within 14 days of dispatch of goods (21 days for international delivery). If the product is deemed faulty by us, you will be eligible for a refund of the faulty product. We may ask you to return us the faulty items if necessary.

In order for us to process your refund promptly, please send us the following:-

  1. Your order number; and
  2. Photograph(s) of the faulty product.

We will process your refund within 48 hours of receipt of your proof. We will send you your refund by the same method used by you to purchase the product. Please allow up to 14 days from the time we process your refund for the payment to be completed.

Items that are dispatched over six weeks cannot be returned.

If we send you replacement product(s), we will send you the items by the same shipping service selected for the original order. We will not upgrade shipping service and can only upgrade the shipping service with additional payment from you.

 

  1. Promotional Codes

Promotional codes, unless otherwise stated, are to be redeemed one code per customer and not to be combined with any other promotion or discount while stocks last. We reserve the right to substitute the gift with another one of the same or similar value.

The use of any promotional code is subject to the individual terms and conditions with which they are issued. If any of the terms and conditions with which the vouchers or discount codes were issued contradicts these terms and conditions, the terms and conditions in respect of the vouchers or discount codes will prevail.

 

  1. International Orders

International orders may be subject to customs, taxes or duties upon arrival in the destination country to which your order is delivered. Please contact your local customs office for further information.

You must comply with all applicable laws and regulations of the country for which your order is delivered. We will not be liable or responsible if you breach such law.

 

  1. Retailing Eldora Lashes

We welcome you to sell Eldora lashes at your shop or salon. We ask that your retail prices match our retail prices on our website. Please check our website regularly to ensure that your prices are up-to-date.

We reserve exclusivity and all rights to retail Eldora lashes online. We reserve the right to refuse your order or to ask you to return your order where it is reasonable to assume you sell or will be selling our product online unless you have a written agreement with us.

As a reputable and trusted business committed to offering our customers high quality products, our products are vegan friendly and we recognise our obligation to ensure that our suppliers are operating ethically. We expect our suppliers to consistently provide an environment which protects their employees' health and safety and basic human rights.

All logos, images, brand, trademarks and trade names of Eldora used in this website are trademark or registered trademark of Mamuka Ltd t/a Eldora and must not be copied and/or used without our consent.

We welcome your feedback on your experience with Eldora lashes. We will publish both positive and negative feedback as long as they are accurate, constructive and lawful. We reserve the right to edit your comments for spelling, grammar and length and to share your comments in emails, social media and other marketing materials. Please let us know if you would like your feedback to be anonymous to third party.

You can update, correct and delete your account information and preferences at any time. You can log in to your account and click on “Edit Account” to make your amendments or you can let us know by email.

You may ask us to remove your information from any marketing communications or product updates from us. You can log in to your account and click on “Unsubscribe” or you can let us know by email. Opting out of such communication will not preclude us from sending your order updates by email.
