We offer Economical Delivery within the UK, which typically takes between 2-6 working days. If you require special or urgent delivery, please don't hesitate to reach out to us via email at contact@eldora.co.uk. We are committed to doing our very best to accommodate your needs.

 

International Delivery

We also provide international delivery to most countries. Our international shipping rates start at £9.95, with final costs depending on the size of your order. Please note that this pricing reflects the costs we incur from the delivery company.

 

Monaco and the USA:
For orders shipped to Monaco, and the USA, all applicable duties and taxes are collected at checkout. No additional import duties or taxes should be payable upon delivery.

All Other International Destinations:
For orders shipped to all other countries, prices displayed on our website do not include VAT, import duties, taxes, or customs fees. The recipient is responsible for paying any applicable import duties, taxes, VAT (where applicable), and customs clearance fees required by the destination country.

Important Update: EU Shipping

Due to new EU packaging regulations coming into effect on 12 August 2026, Eldora is temporarily unable to offer shipping to countries within the European Union.

The new Packaging and Packaging Waste Regulation (PPWR) introduces additional requirements for businesses selling and shipping products into the EU. We are currently looking into what is required for Eldora to comply and how we can continue serving our European customers.

For the time being, we’re sorry that we cannot accept or ship orders to: Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, and Sweden.

Shipping to EU from 1 July 2026

From 1 July 2026, a flat customs duty of €3 will apply to Business to Consumer (B2C) parcels under €150 entering the EU. The EU describes the measure as temporary, ahead of broader EU customs reform. According to the Council’s of the European Union's release, the €3 duty will apply to all B2C goods under €150, including those sold by non-EU sellers registered under the Import One-Stop Shop (IOSS) for VAT purposes. It will apply per line. If a single parcel contains multiple different types of items, the duty can add up.

 
Brexit Update

Following the deal agreed between the UK and the EU, there will be no trade tariffs / custom duty due for any orders placed and imported from Eldora. 
Eldora will not charge or collect UK VAT on any orders from EU, however your own country may now charge import VAT (at your country's rate) at their discretion for orders over a certain amount, which has not yet been confirmed.
Please note the customer is solely responsible for any and all importation/delivery taxes and/or charges due and/or requested. Failure to pay any fees due may result in the destruction of goods without refund.
