Eldora Collaboration Agreement

1. Collaboration Details:
1.1 Collaborator agrees to receive a selection of Eldora lashes, including the new color lashes of their choice, along with bestsellers and glue, for the purpose of creating a makeup look.
1.2 Collaborator agrees to create and post one makeup look on their Instagram (IG) page featuring Eldora's new color lashes.
1.3 Collaborator shall tag Eldora in the post and mention the lash style used in the caption.
1.4 Collaborator shall invite Eldora as a collaborator on the post with color lashes. Eldora may accept or decline the invitation at their discretion.

2. Rights and Permissions:
2.1 Eldora reserves the right to repost Collaborator's work on their official Instagram feed or other social media platforms.
2.2 Eldora may use Collaborator's work on their official website, giving proper credit to the Collaborator.
2.3 Collaborator grants Eldora the right to use their name, likeness, and the content created during this collaboration for promotional and marketing purposes.

3. Compensation:
3.1 In consideration for the collaboration, Collaborator will receive the new color lashes of their choice, along with bestsellers and glue, as mentioned in Section 1.1.
3.2 Collaborator acknowledges that no further monetary compensation will be provided for this collaboration.

4. Gift Items and Taxes:
4.1 The items provided by Eldora are considered gifts and are not for sale by the Collaborator.
4.2 If the Collaborator is located abroad, they are responsible for any taxes, customs duties, or import fees that may be incurred as a result of receiving the gift items. Eldora will not be responsible for these charges.

5. Posting Deadline:
5.1 Collaborator agrees to post the makeup look featuring Eldora's new color lashes on their Instagram page by March 31, 2024.

6. Term:
6.1 This Agreement shall commence on the Effective Date and continue until the completion of the collaboration, including the posting of the required IG content.

By replying with their full name, email address, shipping details, and chosen pair of lashes, Collaborator agrees to the terms and conditions outlined in this Agreement.
