Beauty Tips: Stay Cool, Calm, & Collected This Summer

Who else is super excited now that the clocks have gone forward? We love this time of year; the only thing we’re slightly nervous about is possibly getting a sweaty face, oh and wasps! While the only piece of advice we know for wasps is not to scream and wave your arms round, we can offer lots of sunny solutions, beauty hacks and top tips to stay cool, calm and collected this summer...

Effortless Exfoliation

Firstly, a gentle exfoliator can do wonders for your skin this time of year. It’s recommended to just exfoliate your face once a week to remove dead skin, help dryness and prevent break-outs due to build-up of sun cream and makeup on your face. Top Tips: Charlotte’s top tip for hot weather is to keep your skin fresh and glowing with a water based foundation, whereas Bryony loves a good L.A Girl Pro bb cream in warmer weather. Bryony recommends staying away from powders when it's sunny, as they can be really noticeable in the light and can look quite 'cakey'.
